I’m not quite sure what’s going on, maybe it’s due to their reorganization, but the communication was really lacking. My order got acknowledged right away, but then I didn’t hear a peep for nearly two weeks. It was a drop shipment, yet it felt way too quiet. I reached out to Pantry Paratus via email and even left a voicemail a day or two later. The next thing I got was just the tracking number for my order, and that was it. I’m happy to have my product, but the communication was just not up to par. Honestly, I probably wouldn’t choose them again.

I found it super simple to browse and locate what I needed at Pantry Paratus. The checkout process was a piece of cake, and once I placed my order, they jumped right on shipping it out. My package arrived promptly and in great shape.

So, I let another one slip through my fingers. While I was on the hunt for a chop rite grinder online, I steered clear of places that were marked 'out of stock'. Pantry Paratus claimed they had it 'in stock', so I went ahead and placed my order. Then, bam! An email pops up saying it's actually out of stock and will be shipped straight from the manufacturer in about two weeks. That was 11 days back. Guess we'll see how this plays out. One thing's for sure, though: my credit card got charged right away. This whole situation makes me think they’re just one of those many businesses that don’t keep any inventory, running a fancy website that looks legit and then shipping directly from the manufacturer. They got me this time, snagging their one and only sale from me.
